The long sleeveless vest measures as follows
Length about 34 inches from top shoulder.
Width when laying flat about 21 inches (42 around) but because the front is opne with just the one black frog closure it will fit a variety of sizes.
Can be worn open or closed. 
The arm area is wide, with a slight curve shape and measures 26 inches around.
Dryclean only or wash cold to prevent shrinkage.
